Forgotten items. Guests have a responsibility to ensure that they do not leave behind any personal items on check out. Lorato Camp will treat forgotten items in this way; 1 perishables items will be disposed unless the owner has instructed otherwise. 2. Valuable personal items like phones and cameras would be stored safely and shipped to the owners address at their expense. 3. Items of no apparent value would be disposed without referring to the owner.

Payments at check out. Guests must fully pay for accommodation and applicable taxes and levies, at check in time and any other incurred expenses at check out time. There is no credit for any goods and services
.Check out time 11am and check in 2pm. Early check in can be arranged, but extended check out time is subject to charge and dependent on availability.
